MBT Ltd was incorporated in November 2011 as a small family based private limited company based in Cornwall.
Its key activities are:
- property investment, development and management in Cornwall
- the provision of property and site advice, consultancy and development services for private and public sector clients
- the provision of garden and landscape design and consultancy services for private and public realm clients
The Directors aim to provide creative and innovative property, site and landscape solutions. Through our commercial property investments, we hope to help drive successful and thriving town centres by providing high quality, flexible space for larger employers, smaller companies and fledgling businesses. In our residential developments, we aim to sympathetically transform empty historic buildings into high quality living spaces.
Bill Radmore: Property Consultant
Bill is the Chief Executive of MBT Ltd. He is a chartered surveyor of 40 years experience in both public and private practice, having worked as principal and advisor for a mixture of corporate and public sector clients. Most of his working life has been spent in the London planning and development market; the last 12 years as Associate Director at Jones Lang LaSalle which included providing advice on several company relocations, including Smith Kline, SES Water, Network Rail, NHBC and King’s College. He moved to Cornwall in 2006 to take up the post of Director of Development at the Regeneration Company in Camborne Pool Redruth where he managed over 5 years to secure planning consents for over 1 million sq ft of commercial space, some 2,000 houses and with partners undertaken several infrastructure projects that has attracted some £500 million of investment to the area.
Since 2012, Bill has led on MBT Ltd’s property development, investment, management and joint venture activities. He also provides property consultancy and advice. Consultancy projects have included a major mixed use development in SW London; acting for Redruth Town Council to secure the successful Cornish National Archive bid; various work for Cornwall Development Company and private companies to assist on other key commercial and housing projects in the County; advising an expanding Cornish business on relocation to larger premises; supporting the Falmouth Neighbourhood Plan development and the Heartlands scheme review.

Sue Radmore: Garden Designer
Sue manages the finances of MTB Ltd and acts as Company Secretary. Her background is as a highly experienced senior manager with strategic planning, financial and HR skills. Her background is in social housing, physical and social regeneration and community development. Her work experience has included project managing new housing, community and commercial space development; estate and tenancy management; resident involvement, community engagement and empowerment.
Following her move to Cornwall from London, Sue decided to follow her passions for gardening and art and design. She studied horticulture at Duchy College, obtaining RHS Level 2 Certificate in 2009, followed by a degree course in garden and landscape design at University College Falmouth. She graduated in 2012 with a BA Hons: Arts and Environment (Upper Second).
Sue is a garden and landscape designer with good horticultural and planting skills and knowledge, incorporating native flora into planting schemes where possible. She was one of a team of three women who designed and constructed a gold medal winning conceptual garden focusing on the ecological fragility of Cornish native coastal wildflowers at the 2010 Hampton Court Flower Show.

Rebecca Radmore: Photographer and multi-media producer
Rebecca took a first class degree in Modern Latin American Studies, specializing in film and cinema, from University College London in 2007. She is fluent in Spanish and Portuguese and has travelled and worked extensively throughout South and Central America, including as an English teacher (TEFL qualified) and an election observer. Rebecca worked as a project manager at Metropolitan Housing Partnership for several years, developing a wide range of community engagement projects in the UK, Denmark and Turkey, including with the Spanish and Portuguese speaking communities in South London.
Rebecca studied documentary film making at Cuba’s International Film and TV School in Havana and now manages the english-speaking international programme. She obtained a Masters degree in Photojournalism & Documentary Photography from the London College of Communications in 2012. She has been an artist in residence at the Objectifs Centre in Singapore and worked as a photographer in Botswana and the UK. She is a practicing photographer and film maker available for commissions worldwide. She has recently established Firesoul Media with her partner Elio Pena.
