We do not operate a reception desk. Our visitor arrangement means that we will send you a code to unlock the key safe and your key will be ready for you at check in time. Check in is from 3pm. If you need to arrange to check in earlier or leave your bags in a storage area, please contact us.
Is breakfast included?
Breakfast is not included with our self-cater apartments, but you can order an Artisan Breakfast Experience delivered straight to your door for as many mornings as you wish. What is your mobility access like?
All apartments can be accessed via a lift. Whilst we do not specifically cater for wheelchair users, apartments 2, 3 and 5 are set on a single floor. Bathrooms have showers as opposed to step in baths.
Can I park on-site? What about bikes and surfboards?
Please enquire for available parking spaces. Generally there will be one space per apartment available. We have a bikeracks and storage for surf and paddle boards etc.
