Bill Radmore: Managing Director

Bill is a chartered surveyor with 40 years senior experience in both public and private practice across the UK. On moving to Cornwall in 2006, he took up the post of Director of Development at the Regeneration Company in Camborne Pool Redruth where he completed several major projects that have attracted some £500 million of investment to the area.

Since 2012, Bill has led on MBT Ltd’s property development, investment, management and joint venture activities in Cornwall and London. With the focus now on PZ360, Bill has overseen the transformation of the building from a run down tax office to a thriving modern mixed use building for business and visitors to the area.

Outside of business, Bill makes the most of walking and cycling around the Cornish lanes and paths or kayaking along the coast.

Sue Radmore: Secretary & Director

Sue manages the finances of MTB Ltd and acts as Company Secretary. Having had a successful career in social housing, physical and community development.

On moving to Cornwall from London, Sue followed her passions for gardening and art and design, obtaining RHS and BA Hons qualifications in garden and landscape design at University College Falmouth, going on to win a team design and construct Gold Medal winning conceptual garden focusing on the ecological fragility of Cornish native coastal wildflowers at the 2010 Hampton Court Flower Show.

When not gardening, Sue enjoys entertaining and cooking gourmet dinners. Sue has also been a Trustee and is the current Chair of the Poly in Falmouth.

Heath Robinson: Penzance Property Maintenance

Heath has provided maintenance services to PZ360 for over 10 years. From decorating to plumbing and electrical work to onsite security. Heath is a well known character around town and is an RNLI volunteer rescue crew member.
